Refund & Cancellation

  1. ​Renewal/Subscription charges will not be refunded in any scenario.

  2. Router if provided by us for use with a 6 months subscription, needs to be returned at the time of disconnection.

  3. Security deposit if any, will be refunded after the router is returned in working condition and should be within 1 year from the date of installation.
